Production Time:
- The estimated production time will be listed on your quote. Lead-time is indicated by the number of working days to produce your project. Saturday and Sunday are not normal workdays. “Production Time” does not begin until we have received usable artwork and your signed order confirmation.Production times are approximate. Specific shipping dates will be confirmed with the Account Executive handling your project.
- If a proof is needed, production time will begin after the proof has been approved.
- Production times and project cost are subject to change after review of the
projects final artwork and specifications.
Artwork:
Artwork for your project needs to be complete and in a usable format. The following is acceptable.
Overruns / Under runs:
Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to the exact quantity requirements without sacrificing quality, a shipment of 5% over/under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order. You will be accordingly invoiced for the 5% over/under run.
Color Matching:
- Any colors, other than our standard colors, which require a specific color match (ie. PMS) will have a color matching charge of $37.50.
- Perfect color matches can not be guaranteed. Although we make every effort to make an exact match, surface compatibility, varying materials, paints, adhesive vinyl, and industry color availability can all affect final color.
- Please submit a generally recognized industry color specification to be matched (ie. PMS).
- Color matching charges apply to each color match and repeat orders.
Consecutive Numbering:
Consecutive numbering is available on many items. Please call for details.
Express Service:
We will, with an express charge, produce an order in less than normal production time. Charges vary depending on our current workload, item involved, complexity of artwork, and production requirements.
Shipping Procedures:
We will ship your order via UPS, Federal Express, or common carrier based on size of order and cost effectiveness. All orders are F.O.B. Falconer, NY, meaning you are responsible for all shipping charges unless expressed differently.
UPS, Federal Express, and Common Carrier shipments can all be shipped using your account number. We will be happy to ship with any company you have an account with providing pick up is available at our facility. If you do not have an account number with a shipper, we will use our account and add a 10% handling charge. We will ship with the most costeffective motor freight company that services your area.
