Production Time
- The estimated production time will be listed on your quote. Lead time is indicated by the number of working days to produce your project. Saturday and Sunday are not normal work days. "Production Time" does not begin until we have received complete usable artwork.
- Production times are approximate. Specific shipping dates will be confirmed with the Account Executive handling your project.
- Production times listed on your quote are subject to change after review of artwork.
Artwork
Artwork for your project needs to be complete and in a useable format. The following are acceptable:
- Clean Black & White camera ready art. Faxes, business cards, letterhead, and yellow pages are not camera ready or useable. We need reproduction quality black and white.

IBM Formatted computer disk, or e-mail the artwork to us in the following formats (We cannot read Mac format)
- Graphix Advantage - Gerber
- Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)
- Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
- Corel Draw (.CDR)
- Outlines created with pen outline tool in these programs cannot be utilized.
- All type must be converted to paths / curves before saving to disk.
- PLEASE SAVE YOUR ARTWORK IN MORE THAN ONE FORMAT.

Over runs / Under runs
Due to difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantity requirements without sacrificing quality, a shipment of 5% over the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order. You will be invoiced accordingly ( +/- ) 5%.
Color Matching
- Any color other than our standard colors will require a matching charge of $35.00 per color.
- WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A PERFECT MATCH due to varying compatibility of surfaces, materials, paints, adhesive vinyls, and industry related color availability.
- Please submit a generally recognized industry color specification system to be matched (PMS).
- Color matching charges apply to repeat orders.
Express Service
We will, for an express fee, produce an order in less than our normal production time. Charges vary depending on our current work load, item involved, complexity of artwork, and production requirements.
Shipping Procedures
We will ship your order via UPS, Federal Express, or common carrier. All orders are F.O.B. Falconer, NY. this means you are responsible for all shipping charges unless expressed differently.
- UPS / Federal Express / Common Carrier - We prefer to ship all orders using the customers account numbers via freight company of your choice. If you do not have an account number we will use our account number and add 10% to the charge for handling service. We will ship the most cost effective motor freight company that services your area.
