The trend to build and to maintain green business is here to stay. Hanson Sign Companies is on the cutting edge of this trend by providing its customers with viable options to switch to fluorescent bulbs with high-efficiency, low-cost LED illumination.
Why make the switch to LED-Lighted Electric Sign Cabinets? The answer is simple. Lower costs over the life of your sign. LED lighting will last approximately 5 times longer than traditional fluorescent lighting. This adds up to 30% savings on your current fluorescent lighting utility costs.
Because LEDs last longer, they need less maintenance. With fluorescent bulbs, you probably need a service call at least once over a 3 and a half year period. With LED bulbs, you are more likely to have one service call over a 10 year period. (Comparison made using High-End R.O.I)
And that's not all...LEDs operate well in low temperatures, unlike fluorescents (LEDs operate in temperatures of -40 to 170 degrees F) . They turn on instantly, no need for waiting for them to warm up. LEDs reduce fire and safety hazards due to low-voltage design.
Also, LEDs have no disposal issues (as opposed to fluorescent lamps with mercury), which makes them extremely environmentally friendly and recyclable. Along with this, LEDs may be eligible for Green-Friendly credits in your area.
With a 4-Year Warranty on LEDs and a 5-Year warranty on the power supplies for LEDs, you'd be hard-pressed to find a reason not to sell a LED product to your next client.
When you are ready to discuss LEDs, our staff is available to provide quotes and to answer any questions you might have.
