Large Format Digital PrintingWith the increase in demand for more unique ways to display signage, modern technologies have allowed for more cost effective ways to produce them. Although digital printing has been around for some time, the equipment capabilities and processes continue to evolve.  Hanson Sign Companies has invested in a Six Color Flatbed Digital Printer. We have the capability to directly print on almost any material as large as 60" wide, 120" long, from .020" to 2" thick. With a printing resolution of 600 dpi, our solvent-based inks stay brilliant for 5 to 8 years outdoors. Our direct printing capability eliminates wrinkles, air bubbles, and trapped debris that can often negatively impact a "print and apply" process. When direct printing isn't an option, our large format capability will allow for fewer seams for your large surface applications.
